How delivery, cancellations, and refunds work for our digital products and services.

ExcelBIPro Digital Solutions sells digital products (such as downloadable software tools) and services. There is no physical shipment. After a successful payment, your download link is delivered instantly on-screen and by email to the address you provide. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us and we will resend it promptly.
Because digital products are delivered immediately, an order cannot be cancelled once the download link has been issued. For consulting or custom-development services, you may cancel before work begins by writing to us; any advance paid will be refunded after deducting costs already incurred.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Refunds are considered in the following cases:
Because digital goods can be copied, we generally cannot offer refunds for "change of mind" after the file has been downloaded. We encourage you to read the product description and contact us with any questions before buying.
Email sam@excelbipro.com with your Order ID / Payment ID and a description of the issue within 7 days of purchase. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay. It typically takes 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
